The Container Products Group’s Sales & Distribution teams based in Singapore and Syracuse, U.S.A., ended 2008 earning ACE Silver recognition for high customer satisfaction and meeting sales goals, among other metrics.
“They demonstrated great leadership, commitment and teamwork,” said Toshinari Izumi, director of Quality and ACE for Carrier Residential and Light Commercial International-Asia, who conducted the team’s assessment, along with Karl Behnke, Carrier Transicold manager of ACE and Applied Statistics.
Team members work closely, despite being on opposite sides of the world, to meet and exceed the needs of container customers in the account management areas such as quality, on-time delivery, working relationship, responsiveness and overall satisfaction.
“A high level of ACE understanding and wide employee involvement were evident,” Izumi said. “ACE tools are well used and fully utilized to focus on business results and customer satisfaction.”
